Refund Policy
Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery services, all sales are final. Once an order is processed or diamonds/vouchers are sent, no refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if you provide an incorrect User ID or Zone ID. Please double-check your credentials before purchasing.
Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted from your bank but the order fails to initialize, the amount is usually auto-refunded by the gateway within 5-7 business days. If not, contact our support with the transaction screenshot.
Support Assistance
In case of any duplicate payments or technical glitches before processing, please contact us on Telegram/WhatsApp within 2 hours. We will investigate and issue a credit to your wallet if valid.
